Yoga For A Pandemic | Peace And Love To All

Welcome Yogi’s near and far, peace and love to you all. During a time like this, it is easy to feel anxious, stressed and fearful. I invite you to take a step back, and take a quick break from the news and everything else that is going on. Amidst the current situation we find ourselves in when it comes to the whole pandemic, I really wanted to make an at home yoga video to not only take your mind off of everything that is going on, but to shed some light on it by reconnecting to peace and loving energies. Deep breath in, Deep breath out..

We begin this sequence in a guided meditation by sending peace and love to the whole world, starting with our immediate loved ones. We then flow into a relaxing Hatha Yoga based class.

During a time like this, Yoga and Meditation are great for both mental health and holistic health. Yoga helps ease the mind and reduce stress. Practicing asanas(poses) and pranayama breathing exercises help balance the body, mind and spirit. If you are in self isolation/quarantine and practicing social distancing, than yoga, at home workouts, meditation, reading, gratitude journal, and positive law of attraction exercises are a great and healthy distraction.
